Spicy Shrimp Paleo Spaghetti Noodles
This Keto-friendly recipe combines the bold flavors of spicy shrimp with the lightness of zucchini noodles, making it a perfect low-carb alternative to traditional pasta dishes.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Warm up a big pan with olive oil over medium-low heat
For about one minute, until the garlic smells good, add the minced garlic
Season the shrimp with paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper after adding them to the pan
About 34 minutes on each side, cook the shrimp until they are pink and opaque
Take the shrimp out of the pan and set it aside
Add the spiralized zucchini noodles to the same pan and cook for two to three minutes, until they are soft
Put the cooked shrimp back in the pan and mix it with the zucchini noodles
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley
