Creamy White Cheddar & Bacon Pasta

Ingredients:
- 8 oz
- pasta of your choice
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded white cheddar cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions
Drain and set aside
In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy
Remove bacon from skillet and set aside on paper towels to drain
In the same skillet with bacon fat, add minced garlic and saut for 1-2 minutes until fragrant
Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer
Gradually stir in shredded white cheddar cheese until melted and smooth, creating a creamy sauce
Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste
Add cooked pasta and crispy bacon to the skillet, tossing until well coated in the creamy sauce
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired
