Ingredients:

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions:

Put sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, salt, heavy cream, whole milk, and pumpkin puree in a bowl

Mix everything together with a whisk

Put the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn it according to the machines directions until its the consistency of soft serve

Put the churned ice cream in a container that can go in the freezer and top it with crushed graham crackers

The food should be frozen for at least 4 hours or until it is firm

You can serve the pumpkin pie ice cream with more crushed graham crackers on top if you want to
