Herbes de Provence Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Enjoy the aromatic flavors of Herbes de Provence combined with the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes in this healthier alternative to traditional fries.

Ingredients:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Herbes de Provence
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425F 220C

In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, Herbes de Provence, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated

Spread fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until fries are crispy and golden brown

Serve hot and enjoy
