Keto Strawberry Mojitos
With this keto-friendly take on a classic mojito, you can enjoy the cool taste of summer. Adding fresh mint and strawberries to tangy lime juice makes a delicious low-carb drink thats great for any event.
Ingredients:
- 10 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup powdered erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 cup white rum optional, for non-alcoholic version use sparkling water
- 2 cups cold sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
Mix the mint leaves, lime juice, sliced strawberries, and powdered erythritol together in a pitcher
Add white rum if you want to use it and mix it well
Put ice cubes in the pitcher
Add more cold sparkling water and mix it in slowly
Serve right away, and if you want, top with extra mint leaves and strawberry slices
