Snickers Peanut Butter Brownie Ice Cream Cake

Indulge in the ultimate dessert with this Snickers Peanut Butter Brownie Ice Cream Cake. It combines layers of fudgy brownie, creamy peanut butter, vanilla ice cream, and Snickers candy bars, all topped with a decadent chocolate ganache.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2 pints of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup of chopped Snickers bars
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate ganache store-bought or homemade
  • 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts
  • Whipped cream for garnish optional
  • Additional Snickers bars for decoration optional

Instructions:

Grease a 9x9-inch 23x23 cm baking pan and preheat your oven to 350F 175C

Beat the eggs, water, vegetable oil, and brownie mix together in a mixing bowl

Blend until thoroughly blended

After filling the baking pan with brownie batter, bake it for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean

Let it cool down completely

To make a peanut butter layer, combine the powdered sugar and peanut butter in a separate bowl and stir until well combined

After the brownie has cooled, cover the brownie layer evenly with the peanut butter mixture

Take a pint of vanilla ice cream and give it a little softening

Over the peanut butter layer, distribute it equally

Top the ice cream layer with chopped Snickers bars

Put the cake in the freezer to solidify the ice cream, which should take at least two hours

To make slicing easier, take the cake out of the freezer and let it come to room temperature for a few minutes

Heat the chocolate ganache in a saucepan or microwave until pourable

Over the Snickers layer, drizzle the chocolate ganache and then top with chopped peanuts

The Snickers Peanut Butter Brownie Ice Cream Cake should be sliced and served
