Jura Wines & Cheese Plate

Ingredients:

• 1 bottle Jura wine such as Chardonnay or Savagnin
• Assorted cheeses Comt, Morbier, Bleu de Gex, Tomme de Montagne
• Crackers or crusty bread
• Fresh fruits grapes, figs, apples
• Nuts walnuts, almonds

Instructions:

Chill the bottle of Jura wine to the appropriate serving temperature

Arrange the assorted cheeses on a serving platter or board

Place crackers or crusty bread alongside the cheeses

Add fresh fruits and nuts to complement the cheeses

Uncork the Jura wine and pour into wine glasses
