Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, apple cider, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth to create a slurry
