Low-Carb Coconut Flour Bread

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a loaf pan with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, and optional honey or maple syrup
Add the coconut flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet ingredients, and mix until well combined and no lumps remain
