Low-Carb Coconut Flour Bread

Because it doesnt have any grains, is paleo, or contains dairy, this Low-Carb Coconut Flour Bread is a great choice for people who have to follow certain dietary rules. Its moist, fluffy, and incredibly tasty, whether you eat it by itself or with your favorite spreads on top.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a loaf pan with parchment paper

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, and optional honey or maple syrup

Add the coconut flour, baking powder, and salt to the wet ingredients, and mix until well combined and no lumps remain

Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing
