Sugar Cookie Popcorn

Savor the sweet treat of sugar cookie popcorn, where the crunchy popcorn is perfectly complemented by the irresistible flavors of white chocolate and sugar cookies.

Ingredients:

• 10 cups popped popcorn
• 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup crushed sugar cookies

Instructions:

Popcorn should be put in a big mixing bowl

Melt butter and white chocolate chips in 30-second increments in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring in between, until smooth

Add salt, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar to the melted chocolate mixture and stir

Once the popcorn is evenly coated, carefully toss it in the chocolate mixture

Add crushed sugar cookie pieces to the popcorn mixture and mix thoroughly

When the chocolate has hardened, spread the coated popcorn onto a baking sheet that has been lined and let it sit for about half an hour

Serve, breaking up any big clumps
